At Maiva, we want your products to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and related matters for orders placed on www.maiva.co.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship shelf-stable products (plant protein powders, plant protein RTD drinks, shelf-stable plant milks, and cold coffee) across India via our website.
Maiva Fresh products (refrigerated flavoured almond milks) are available for delivery in Mumbai only, due to cold-chain logistics requirements. Orders for Maiva Fresh products from locations outside Mumbai will not be processed, and the customer will be notified.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines
Shelf-stable products: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Maiva Fresh (Mumbai only): 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to availability and delivery slot.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on the Site or during promotional campaigns.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
(a) Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
(b) UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
(c) Net Banking
(d) Wallets (where supported by our payment gateway)
(e) Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to limit or disable COD for certain pin codes or order values.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email and/or SMS. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification. Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for further details.
